Delete your Pixqode account
Your Pixqode account is created automatically the first time you open the app. You can delete it together with everything our server keeps for it: your user ID, the email address of a Google or Apple account you linked, purchase records, usage information and encrypted sync data.
In the app
- Open Pixqode.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted from our server at once. Your scans, folders and codes on the device stay there until you delete them in the app or uninstall it.
Without the app
Write to pixqode@betheapp.com from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, and ask us to delete your Pixqode account. We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you never signed in with Google or Apple, our server holds no email address that identifies your account, so please delete it in the app. Write to us if that is not possible.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store, or it will keep renewing.

Pixqode-Konto löschen
Ihr Pixqode-Konto wird beim ersten Öffnen der App automatisch angelegt. Sie können es mit allem löschen, was unser Server dazu speichert: Ihre Nutzer-ID, die E-Mail-Adresse eines verknüpften Google- oder Apple-Kontos, Kaufdaten, Nutzungsinformationen und verschlüsselte Synchronisierungsdaten.
In der App
- Öffnen Sie Pixqode.
- Gehen Sie zu Einstellungen → Konto.
- Tippen Sie auf Konto löschen und bestätigen Sie.
Das Konto wird sofort von unserem Server gelöscht. Ihre Scans, Ordner und Codes auf dem Gerät bleiben dort, bis Sie sie in der App löschen oder die App deinstallieren.
Ohne die App
Schreiben Sie von der E-Mail-Adresse des Google- oder Apple-Kontos, mit dem Sie sich angemeldet haben, an pixqode@betheapp.com und bitten Sie um die Löschung Ihres Pixqode-Kontos. Wir löschen das Konto mit allen Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen es Ihnen per E-Mail.
Wenn Sie sich nie mit Google oder Apple angemeldet haben, speichert unser Server keine E-Mail-Adresse, an der sich Ihr Konto erkennen lässt. Löschen Sie es dann bitte in der App und schreiben Sie uns, falls das nicht möglich ist.
Das Löschen des Kontos kündigt kein Abo im App Store oder bei Google Play. Kündigen Sie es im Store, sonst verlängert es sich weiter.
Pixqode-fiók törlése
A Pixqode-fiókja automatikusan létrejön, amikor először megnyitja az alkalmazást. Törölheti mindazzal együtt, amit a szerverünk hozzá tárol: a felhasználói azonosítóját, az összekapcsolt Google- vagy Apple-fiók e-mail-címét, a vásárlási adatokat, a használati információkat és a titkosított szinkronizálási adatokat.
Az alkalmazásban
- Nyissa meg a Pixqode alkalmazást.
- Lépjen a Beállítások → Fiók menübe.
- Koppintson a Fiók törlése gombra, és erősítse meg.
A fiókot azonnal töröljük a szerverünkről. Az eszközön lévő beolvasásai, mappái és kódjai ott maradnak, amíg az alkalmazásban nem törli őket, vagy el nem távolítja az alkalmazást.
Alkalmazás nélkül
Írjon a pixqode@betheapp.com címre annak a Google- vagy Apple-fióknak az e-mail-címéről, amellyel bejelentkezett, és kérje Pixqode-fiókja törlését. A fiókot minden adatával együtt 30 napon belül töröljük, és ezt e-mailben megerősítjük.
Ha soha nem jelentkezett be Google- vagy Apple-fiókkal, a szerverünk nem tárol olyan e-mail-címet, amely alapján a fiókja azonosítható. Ilyenkor kérjük, törölje az alkalmazásban; ha ez nem lehetséges, írjon nekünk.
A fiók törlése nem mondja le az App Store- vagy Google Play-előfizetést. Mondja le az áruházban, különben tovább újul.

حذف حسابك في Pixqode
يُنشأ حسابك في Pixqode تلقائيًا عند فتح التطبيق أول مرة. ويمكنك حذفه مع كل ما يحفظه خادمنا له: معرّف المستخدم، والبريد الإلكتروني لحساب Google أو Apple الذي ربطته، وسجلات الشراء، ومعلومات الاستخدام، وبيانات المزامنة المشفّرة.
من التطبيق
- افتح Pixqode.
- انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب.
- اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد الحذف.
يُحذف الحساب من خادمنا فورًا. أما عمليات المسح والمجلدات والرموز على جهازك فتبقى عليه حتى تحذفها من التطبيق أو تزيل تثبيته.
بدون التطبيق
راسل pixqode@betheapp.com من البريد الإلكتروني لحساب Google أو Apple الذي سجّلت الدخول به، واطلب حذف حسابك في Pixqode. نحذف الحساب وكل بياناته خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكّد لك ذلك بالبريد الإلكتروني.
إن لم تسجّل الدخول قط بحساب Google أو Apple، فلا يحفظ خادمنا أي بريد إلكتروني يدلّ على حسابك، لذا نرجو حذفه من التطبيق، وراسلنا إن تعذّر ذلك.
حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك App Store أو Google Play. ألغِه من المتجر، وإلا فسيستمر في التجدد.
Pixqode アカウントの削除
Pixqode のアカウントは、アプリを初めて開いたときに自動で作成されます。アカウントは、当社のサーバーが保存しているすべてのデータ（ユーザー ID、連携した Google または Apple アカウントのメールアドレス、購入記録、利用情報、暗号化された同期データ）とともに削除できます。
アプリで削除する
- Pixqode を開きます。
- 設定 → アカウント に進みます。
- アカウントを削除 をタップして確定します。
アカウントは当社のサーバーから直ちに削除されます。端末上のスキャン、フォルダ、コードは、アプリで削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで端末に残ります。
アプリなしで削除する
ログインに使用した Google または Apple アカウントのメールアドレスから pixqode@betheapp.com 宛に、Pixqode アカウントの削除をご依頼ください。30日以内にアカウントとそのすべてのデータを削除し、メールでお知らせします。
Google または Apple でログインしたことがない場合、当社のサーバーにはアカウントを特定できるメールアドレスがありません。アプリから削除してください。それができない場合はご連絡ください。
アカウントを削除しても App Store または Google Play のサブスクリプションは解約されません。ストアで解約しないと更新が続きます。
